Pros:
High-quality materials
Strong connection point
Multi-functional
Reasonably priced
Cons:
Limited variety of knob sizes
Size is designed for larger individuals
This massager stick is a surprisingly high-quality option for someone looking for a general use massage tool. I ordered this specifically to help with stretches and exercises for plantar fasciitis, and it’s been a great help.
One thing worth mentioning is that I’m 5’5” and while I can use this tool, it’s clearly designed for someone a little bit larger. I wish they offered a few size options. I’d say this is a large and I could use a medium. With that said, this also won’t be long enough for those that would consider themselves XL individuals.
I initially was a little concerned that the connection point would be weak on this tool, but I found that it held up amazingly to significant force while I was doing calf, ankle, and foot stretches.
Overall, I would highly recommend this to most people of average size looking for a massage and stretching tool.

This tool is substantial, has weight and does not bend while applying pressure. It’s great to reach knots in hard to reach places, massage or apply acupuncture pressure anywhere. The bends on this tool are perfect for creating good leverage in different ways. Stretching after using this little tool triggered some nice *clicks* and relief! It comes with a little pamphlet of different acupuncture points, but I just used it in areas where I felt tightness, applied some sustained pressure and felt the knots loosen up. The tool is delivered in two pieces that are easy to fit together. They fit together tightly so I think it would be tricky to separate again – the tool is around 2 feet long when put together.

I was expecting a cheaply made plastic tool, but this massager is made out of solid, very strong, and heavy (at least for me) plastic material. This will never break, unless I lose it, so the quality of the material is very impressive. However, I wouldn’t say the same about the ease of use.
I’m not an expert, so the problems I faced were not a surprise. However, I don’t find the instructions very helpful. They’re not detailed, and the numbers are confusing.
I can’t help but compare it to my roller, which I use for the same purpose. This one falls behind. You have to have some sort of skill to use this stick and to achieve therapeutic results. You should be good at finding the trigger points and also good at applying the right pressure.
The instructions don’t mention how much time you should hold it in one spot, nor if you can slide it for larger areas, such as the back. Probably you can, but it’s not easy for me to make it slide smoothly; it’s a bit heavy and not so practical.
Eventually, it will take time and practice for me to master using it properly.
All in all, I think this trigger point massager is a good option when you need fast soothing relief from muscular discomfort

– I recently tried out an amazing all-body massager stick with a unique curved design that makes it incredibly easy to reach and massage any part of the body. At first, I was a bit uncertain about how to use it given all the extensions and knobs, but after doing some quick research, I discovered that its design facilitates easy reaching of any part of the body. It’s great for massaging the legs, back, and neck.
– Thought this came in 2 parts, a pressure fitting and snap make this stick strong enough to handle everyday use.
– For the price offered, I think this is a great value and makes a wonderful gift for anyone.

As the product description indicates, this tool is for trigger points. It’s a heavy-duty piece of plastic that comes in two parts which are easily put together. How effective it is depends on whether you’re using it correctly and if you’re hitting the right spot. My personal opinion is that it’s very easy to apply too much pressure which could cause additional pain. I found it a little cumbersome to use but with a little practice you can figure out how to pretty much reach any part of your body. Overall I think this tool is useful but only with cautious trial and error.

I’m very impressed at how many different areas I can reach and massage with this stick. It not only gets my upper back, but I can use it on my lower back, neck, leg, and even for a good stretch. Using the stick in different positions allows me to get out knots in my upper back, massage my lower back, and get into all the tight or sore areas. The smaller hooks also allow me to add additional pressure to dig into some knots, and it has worked out well overall. It’s made really well out of hard plastic and comes in two pieces that lock together. It’s been a helpful device for me to relax and stretch.

When I first got this, I was kind of thinking to myself “do I really NEED this?” the answer was, obviously, no. Did I want it? Yes. Do I use it? Surprisingly more than I expected. I always seem to get a knot around my shoulder blade where I can reach to scratch, but nothing more. This thing was so easy to reach right to where I need it and knead the knot out. Such a relief and I didn’t have to ask someone else to do it. Bonus: I can control the pressure, because when I ask someone else with help on knots they always push SO hard that it hurts.
This thing saves me so much pain in many ways.

After seeing a similar device at a friend’s place and hearing her talk positively about how it’s helped her, I decided to check one out. I don’t always have access to another “someone” to help work on a knot in my back or tightness in my neck & shoulders. While searching, I came across this one and decided to give it try.
Admittedly, it’s awkward looking and I wondered how I was going to use it, and how was it going to be effective. The included instruction pamphlet really helps in how to use the tool, with its nubs and bulbs, and curves. It’s made to reach those hard to get to spots and apply pressure where needed.
It’s well worth the try. Even though it arrives in two pieces and snaps together, it feels quite solid and sturdy when applying pressure on point or as it slides across a muscle group.

i got this for someone who i was going to wait til christmas or their birthday but i saw how desperately they needed something like this and couldnt wait any longer. when i gave it to them they were so thankful and said how it gets the spots that they couldnt reach or that a massage therapist couldnt get either. its easy to put together.

This massage can is super sturdy and has lots of extra nubs to help get to those awkward spots. The instructions are very helpful on different ways you can use the can to address pretty much any area that needs massage. This thing will probably last forever.
