I enjoyed the taste and texture but after taking the recommended amount for a little over a week I ended up with severe stomach cramps that lasted weeks after I stopped taking ag1. I wanted to like the product and at first it seemed like it was going to be a good choice, but the abdominal pain I had put me in an urgent care and a prescription for an antispasmodic medication. I will never take it again.

I purchased this for beneficial health based on what I’ve read. I have taken it for a month and followed the instructions on dosage and when to take. But I can tell no difference in how I feel, energy, or weight loss or gain. I will not repurchase.

Is this a great product? I’m no health expert but the ingredients in this stuff is quite good.
Is it tasty? If you like the smell of fresh cut grass combined with a feed store and the taste of green bean juice with the consistency of skim milk then you’ll love this stuff. Also I should note when you add this much powder to 12 ounces of water it makes it a bit chalky so I usually add to hot water the night before shake it up real good and then throw in the fridge and by morning the chalkiness is gone and it’s smooth as water well for the most part.
Does it provide energy? I’ve only been using this a couple days and honestly I don’t see any benefit in this department I get about the same energy from LiquidIV.
Lastly is it worth it? If you don’t eat a lot of greens, vegetables etc. then I think this 12 ounce a day dose of AG1 is definitely worth it one bag will get you a month.
Overall my thoughts are if you can get past the taste and the consistency then you’ll have yourself a very good healthy cold snack. You can see the ingredients by the uploaded photo that this stuff is loaded with healthy ingredients.

This looks like it but doesn’t taste like it or even look like it in the bag or in the mix. Taste like grass cuttings and old spinach filtered through a sweaty gym sock.

Picture update for everyone. The one on the left is directly from Athletic Greens, and the right is the imposter! There are subtle differences in packaging and huge!! difference in taste. Warning: if it is your first time trying AG1, the lime green is not the right product and shouldn’t influence your choice on whether you are willing to keep using it for your health because it tastes BAD!! I hope this helps someone.

If you drink normal Coke Kola because your taste buds are still intact, this is the one. If you think diet coke taste as good as normal coke, well then go ahead and try the cheaper brands as they might work for you at half price.

The color and taste were not the same as the product you get when ordering AG1 directly from the AG1 official site. The AG1 Official Site product has a sweet, fruity taste; the Amazon product tastes like bitter greens. The color is different too, although I don’t know what that indicates – the Amazon product is a brighter green color. This product is not returnable.
