My physical therapist recommended that I buy one of these because I have poor posture and she thought it would be a good idea to use it at my desk when I’m working. Unfortunately, Amazon sent me a used product. It had no product info, packaging, or anything – just the item in a plain plastic bag. Boo. I contacted the manufacturer and they have AMAZING customer service. Not only did they respond right away, but they also overnighted me a new product. They explained that Amazon fulfills their orders and never should have sent out what they did! That aside, the product is really nice. It takes some getting used to for sure. I think the hardest part for me is the part under my arms. I like the reminder to have correct posture – no question – but it is taking me a bit of time to adjust to having something under my arms. It’s not uncomfortable, but you know it’s there. I have been wearing it a lot at my desk particularly at the end of my work day when I tend to be tired of sitting and really slouch. Great product and highly recommend this company!

My sis in law recommended this highly so I got it for myself and 2 kids to use as well. It’s more expensive than a lot of others and I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra cost. If you have longer hair, you don’t even see it when wearing. It is pretty uncomfortable for the first 5-10 minutes, then it feels a little better, in my opinion. My kids say the same about the comfort level. It definitely helps with posture and makes my shoulders feel better. This was also given the “okay” to use by my upper cervical chiropractor.

I am 5’2″, 115 lbs, I ordered/received small first, based on the size chart, way too small/tight. I then ordered medium, same result as small. I got the large today, it feels pretty good. This one I can keep and use. It is pricier than other manufactures but the straps on the other styles are uncomfortable under your arms, this one is very doable.

I can tell this is helping me keep my back straight but it is so darn painful under the arms that I can’t wear it for very long. I’m not giving up yet, I will try it for a few days and see if it gets better. If it doesn’t I am going to try a different one. I will report back when I have given it a fair chance, but right now…OUCH
After giving it a chance it was just too painful to wear so I am returning it and getting a fabric one with padding under the arms.

I have chronic back pain/issues ever since I was a kid (I’m now 59). I’ve tried SO many back products and contraptions so I feel I’m extremely certified to write this review. This works. Period. It’s SUPER easy to throw on, doesn’t cause me discomfort and it relieves my back pain. It’s also doing great at helping to correct my posture. A close friend, a fellow “hump backer” recommended this to me. This was brought to his attention by his chiropractor. He’s extremely fit so he wears the more advanced one. I however, while not a slug, do not visit the gym everyday. However, I’m on my feet constantly. I’m a woman, 5’5,” 165lbs. I’m a 38C/40B, but i have a broad back which measures 43 inches in diameter. I purchased the Regular Medium. I like this SO much I just purchased a second one.
I’m constantly misplacing the first one and I’m at the point where I do NOT want to be without this. Yes, there are cheaper type products here on Amazon and elsewhere, but NONE like this. I HIGHLY recommend this. You can’t beat Amazon shipping and it’s returnable. Nothing to lose but back pain.

I have owned two of these and used them a TON over many years. I have also used other posture braces extensively. I FAR prefer the JMPOSE Posture Corrector which I also got on Amazon for a third of the price of this one. Other fabric-based options on Amazon are also preferable to this one, but I list the JMPOSE one because it is very comfortable and also the cheapest. I am 5’8″, 220 pounds, and use this for managing a chronic pain condition in my thoracic spine. This is WAY too expensive for what it is and there are way better options. Whether you are using for posture improvements, pain reduction, or both, it is much much much better to use one that also attaches underneath your bust. They are much more comfortable and much more effective than these which only pull your shoulders back. Additionally, without the under-the-bust piece, I am CONSTANTLY having to adjust this one which is incredibly annoying. Also, because this is made of plastic, you really can’t wear it unless your sleeeves are long enough to ensure this brace won’t touch your skin even while moving around. Shorter-short sleeves and tank tops are completely off the table, especially if you have armpit hair. It will get totally stuck to skin and hair – ouch! And WHY? The fabric alternatives are so much better and can be worn with anything. Also, why does this need the humungous thick black part? What purpose is it serving other than, again, making me have to adjust more, and looking worse when trying to hide under clothes? I am honestly so annoyed that I bought and wore two of these for years before discovering how much better fabric with the under-bust-strap is. If this is, for some reason, the only option you have, then sure – get it. It still helps. And I never had any issues with it breaking or anything. But if you can opt for a different option, then do! Others will work better, feel better, hide better under clothes, and save you money.

I had a herniated disc in my lower back. My chiropractor chose this product for me. It works perfect. Helps me with my posture. I walked with a little hunched back all my life. This really helps me keep my posture straight. I have tried the ones with the straps and velcro. This product is way better. Easy to use, light weight , and great for stretching.

It is a good product but very weak when it comes to regular use. I have bought 5 of these and one of the band always eventually snaps around 12-14 months. I use it on a daily basis and the stretching exercises they recommend using it for as well. They need to find more durable rubber.
