    This product has helped my sleep in tremendously. I take 2 capsules an hour before bed and I get the BEST nights sleep with a good relaxing deep sleep. This has become a staple in my life.

    I originally ordered Dr. Berg’s Magnesium Glycinate 400mg because the guys from Better Brain Fitness recommended 400mg of magnesium per day on there better brain check list. I definitely got more than I bargained for!

    I had heard that magnesium helps you sleep, but I had no idea how extreme it’s effects would be! From the first night taking this product I have been sleeping deeply throughout the night, every night! I know I’m sleeping deeply because of all the dreaming that I have and the way I feel when I wake up. It’s made me realize how poor my quality of sleep has been.

    As far as magnesium acting as a laxative, I haven’t had that experience.

    I highly recommend this product! For brain health and a better nights sleep.
