I started using this when I figured the sodium levels that were low where causing the severe leg cramps. After some research and realizing how low society is now from all the sodium reducing diets causing iodine depletion I got this product. Well, I now don’t have the legs cramps (which by the way, when I did have them I had to have a salt packet and a quick lick would instantly stop them). And to add I have lost a little weight along with it. Just have to be careful with the dose. I don’t take more than 4 drops a day in Crystal light.

While not tasteless, putting a few drops in juice works well. With Fukashima continually throwing out radiation into the atmosphere and ocean (one of those radioactive elements being Iodine 131 (which fortunately has a half life of only 8 days, but it continues to make it to the shores of California daily). Most people are iodine deficient, thus they will absorb the radioactive iodine if it is present. Taking a few drops a day of this will keep your thyroid happy, keeping it from absorbing the radioactive iodine. Iodine is also used in many other ways by your body, so being deficient is not a good thing.

Arrived on time, the flavor in a small shot of water makes the taste fine (for the people that want sugar in everything). I actually like the taste but I can also take a goldenseal shot in tea so I’m a natural in Earth tastes. I have serious over 50 & gut-brain type of brain fog as well as hypothyroid so, it may be a couple months for me to know how well the iodine is helping. Seems to be effective midday, I take a shot with an Alpha GPC capsule.

If you are concerned about Fukushima fallout, this is the product we are taking. I started with ONE DROP three times a day and found that was too much. I got jangled and couldn’t sleep. Now I take ONE DROP each morning and it’s doing the job. I have more energy and over time I may increase to TWO DROPS per day. When I bought the product, I thought the DROP guideline was an error and that one dropperful would be the dose. Nope. Just ONE DROP in a glass of water. This is a superb product.

Within two days my clothes are fitting better and I have extreme cold intolerance and it has been lessening by the day. With the advancement of GMO foods and mineral deficiency in our soil I no longer take just the advice of doctors or the our Food administrators about what is best for me. Not only does it have a great taste, but its scent is also very good. Contrary to other supplements I’ve taken, this one I look forward to taking every day.
However, the suggested dosage written on the bottle is way too high (1-3 drop, 3x a day). Careful research on the topic will reveal that even 1 drop a day would be sufficient for your daily needs (150 micrograms per day). That’s something to keep in mind if you experience side-effects.
One thing that is surprisingly not mentioned in the product description is that Iodine has been shown to have a positive effect on IQ. Also, it is said to provide immunity to radiation, particularly radioactive Iodine.
From all the substances out there, this is probably one of the most beneficial ones. Highly recommended.

I happened to stumble upon some books about the health benefits of Iodine thanks to Amazon Kindle. If only I would have known years ago about the incredible health benefits of this, I would have saved incredible amounts of money spent on herbal products that never seemed to work.This is exactly what I have needed all along. No more wasted money on herbs that don’t work for me!
I have only been taking this for a few days now but have noticed an amazing difference in my energy levels and my skin tone.Speaking of skin, if my hubby even looks at poison ivy he seems to get it! I put this on his poison ivy rashes yesterday and within a few hours it was almost gone! I have also had a VERY stubborn UTI that I have been battling for a few months and within two days of using this it has completely dissipated. I just feel amazing!
