I now know why they call it Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt. It is as expensive, as Gold and it is just like they have discovered a gold mine. It is making them very wealthy. Mind you, it is an excellent product, but it isn’t worth how much they charge for it.

The salt is very pure. It has a great deal of moisture so it is ideally best kept in an air tight container with a small scooper. It does not “flow” like iodized salt rather has the consistency of wet sand. Use sparingly as its flavor is more concentrated. Really great flavor! This will last you a while!

I LOVE the flavor. I wish that it held less moisture. I put it in my salt shaker and it had so much moisture to it that it would not shake out. I have to unscrew my salt shaker every time. I also have a salt shaker that has a lid that automatically covers the holes preventing moisture. It came clumped together already. I did put some rice in the salt shaker. I HOPE that works because if not I just wasted a whole shaker of salt if not. I guess I will have to just put it in a dish that I can reach in pinch out what I need with my fingers. ANYONE else have this issue?

So glad I found this product. Put a small amount in my bottle of water every day and also cook with it. We never really use salt in cooking that much but this is a totally different flavor and the trace minerals are great addition to my Health regimen. They have a new steady customer!
